Dynaweld Click Torque Wrench

Dynaweld Click Torque Wrench

Brand: Dynaweld

The Dynaweld Click Torque Wrench is a professional-grade micrometer setting wrench, made in England, for controlled and repeatable bolt tightening wherever torque has to be verified and recorded. Dial the value on the dual N·m / ft·lb scale, lock the barrel, and the wrench signals with an audible and tactile click the moment the set torque is reached. Individually serialized – each wrench is laser-engraved with its own serial number for easy calibration traceability. Built to ISO 6789-1:2017 Type II, Class A, every wrench carries a ±3% declared accuracy (CW & CCW) and is supplied with its own calibration certificate. Ten models cover 5 to 3,000 N·m on 3/8", 1/2", 3/4" and 1" drives. Lock the barrel with the locking collar so the setting cannot change. Tighten until the audible and tactile click signals that the set torque is reached. Always return the barrel to the minimum setting before storing – a spring stored at a set value stays loaded, which causes drift and inaccuracy. Recalibration (ISO 6789-2:2017) Every 12 months – or every 5,000 tightening cycles Immediately after any drop from height Immediately after suspected overload or misuse FAQ What does ISO 6789-1:2017 Type II, Class A mean? Type II is a setting (click) torque tool; Class A is a wrench, adjustable, with a graduated scale. The Dynaweld Click Torque Wrench has a ±3% declared accuracy (CW & CCW), tighter than the ±4% ISO limit. Does each wrench come with a calibration certificate? Yes. Every wrench is individually serialized – each wrench is laser-engraved with its own serial number for easy calibration traceability – and is supplied with its own calibration certificate. How often should the torque wrench be recalibrated? Per ISO 6789-2:2017, every 12 months or 5,000 cycles, whichever comes first, and immediately after a drop from height or suspected overload or misuse.
