Pétillant Glass Bowl, Honey

The Pétillant Bowl brings the gentle fizz of seeded glass to the table. Each bowl is hand-blown and holds hundreds of tiny bubbles, air caught in the molten glass and kept there for good. Light moves through it the way it does through something cold and sparkling. In Amber, it glows like honey held up to a window. The softly rounded walls and slightly uneven rim show the maker’s hand, so no two bowls are quite alike. It is sized for berries and yogurt in the morning, olives before dinner, or a scoop of something sweet after. Collect it in one shade or mix all three across the table.
