Longer dPOFLEX Biopharmaceutical Peristaltic Pump

The Longer dPOFLEX Biopharmaceutical Peristaltic Pump is a high-performance fluid handling system engineered for the demands of biopharmaceutical manufacturing. Available in both GP01 (General Purpose) and BP01 (Bioprocessing) configurations, this pump provides precision for critical tasks such as sterile filling, tangential flow filtration (TFF), and upstream/downstream bioprocessing. Its robust IP66-rated housing is designed for easy wash-down and protection against moisture and dust. Equipped with an intuitive 4.3-inch industrial touchscreen, the dPOFLEX offers a user-friendly interface that supports dispensing modes and real-time flow monitoring. The system supports 21 CFR Part 11 and GMP lab requirements for batch recording, with features including multi-level user management, electronic signatures, and audit trail logging to support data integrity and traceability for each batch processed. The dPOFLEX is designed for flexibility and integration into automated workflows. It features a wide speed range and high torque, allowing it to drive various pump heads, including the dPOFLEX P-series for high-pressure applications. Connectivity is provided via dual Ethernet ports and RS485, supporting MODBUS and other industrial protocols. Its precise stepper motor drive and high-resolution control enable consistent, low-shear fluid transfer for sensitive biological materials. For biopharmaceutical research and production. Designed to meet applicable standards for safety and electrical compatibility, including UKCA and EMC certifications.
