JOY T-SHIRT (PINK)

Pink cotton jersey, unisex cut. Joy Division spent four years in black and grey; we put them in pink — a pop reinterpretation, which is either a betrayal or a completion depending on how seriously you take album covers. Small runs. Officially licensed by Warner. Joy Division’s visual language — Peter Saville’s record sleeves, the monochrome palette and the band’s refusal to appear on their own covers — became almost as influential as the music itself. Putting that imagery on pink is a pop recontextualisation of that legacy: the same cultural codes, shifted into a different visual language.
