Surface must be tack-free and clean. Mortar Mixing Sequence: Pre-mix Part A Resin (3 kg) and Part B Hardener (3 kg) at 1:1 ratio for 2 minutes using an electric paddle mixer. Gradually add Part C Graded Quartz Sand (12 kg) while mixing continuously for 3–5 minutes until a uniform, lump-free, trowelable mortar consistency is achieved. Placement & Leveling: Pour mixed mortar onto the primed surface. Spread evenly using a notched screed rake or pin gauge to the required thickness (1–5 mm). Compact and smooth with a steel finishing trowel. Roll with a spiked roller to expel entrapped air. Pot life is 30 minutes at 25°C. Cure, Sand & Re-Prime: Allow 12–24 hours cure at 25°C. Sand the cured screed surface with 60–80 grit abrasive paper to establish mechanical key. Vacuum all dust thoroughly.
