Sailor’s Heart Brooch

Embark on a journey of discovery with Hand & Lock's AW26 collection; a wearable cabinet of curiosities inspired by the imagined adventures of the ‘SS Golden Galleon’. Along the way of our fictional expedition, we imagined swallows swooping through the air above the ship as we made our journey to new lands. Long regarded by sailors as symbols of safe passage and good fortune, we wanted to capture the spirit of these lucky charms in brooch form. The Sailor’s Heart Brooch features a rich wine coloured velvet heart framed by goldwork loops. Hand embroidered in ivory thread, a tiny swallow soars inside the heart. Dimensions (approx.) 32 x 32 mm
