The Flying Burrito Bros – The Gilded Palace Of Sin - LP Vinyl Record

New/Sealed Step into the definitive birthplace of alternative country and cosmic American music. Released in February 1969 on A&M Records, The Gilded Palace of Sin is the groundbreaking debut album from The Flying Burrito Bros, formed by ex-Byrds members Gram Parsons and Chris Hillman. Blending traditional country themes, honky-tonk piano, and weeping pedal steel guitar with the rebellious edge of psychedelic rock and soul, this album features timeless classics like "Christine's Tune," "Sin City," and their legendary covers of Dan Penn's soul anthems "Do Right Woman" and "Dark End of the Street." The iconic cover art showcases the band proudly wearing custom-made, cannabis-and-poppy-embroidered Nudie Cohn suits in the California desert.
