Retribution Single Malt English Whisky Chestnut Cask 70cl 52%

Cask Type - New Chestnut > 2nd Fill Ex-Bourbon Cask Cask No: WO21/027/028>066 Tasting notes Nose: Rich decadent dried fruit, like sticking your nose in a bag of plump raisins, with a little some thing different going on in the background, is it nuts or pine? Palate: Its not oak, dried fruit and spice continue, not aggressive but its big and goes straight to the finish, which is the wrong word as it keeps going and going and going. Finish: Leaves you feeling fresh, crisp menthol, cooling, herbal, hint of pine?
