The Angel Heart ring features a rich red ruby heart topped with a diamond embellished bow and flanked by a pair of angels. Festoons of golden beading flow from bows on either side of the shank and meet at the central heart. The ruby heart heart is milgrain bezel set. Each of the three bows are embellished with a diamond.
