Fresh from the churn, our cultured buttermilk is naturally separated from beautiful fresh Victorian cream as we churn it into Lard Ass cultured butter. Tangy, light and full of flavour, it’s bottled just as it comes, free from preservatives, additives and artificial colours. A brilliant baker’s secret, use it to make fluffy cakes, pancakes and scones, or add it to smoothies, dressings and marinades. Best before: 4 weeks. Keep refrigerated.
