Organic House Chai

Organic House Chai is a warming blend of bold Assam black tea with cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, black pepper and clove. The Assam base brings deep maltiness and body, while the whole spices add fragrant sweetness, warming spice and a gently peppery lift. Balanced to remain tea-forward rather than overly spiced, it brews into a rich, aromatic infusion that stands up beautifully to milk. Enjoy it simply steeped with hot water, or add milk and a little honey or sugar for a fuller chai-style serve. Naturally caffeinated, this house blend is ideal for mornings or a warming afternoon break. Use 3g per 250ml at 95–100°C and steep for 4–5 minutes, adjusting milk and sweetness to taste.
