December 16 | Doughnuts and Cinnamon Buns

In this class we will work together to make two of the favourites from the cafe - our famous cinnamon buns and our filled doughnuts. We'll work together to learn the ins and outs of working with high hydration dough (cinnamon buns) and an enriched dough (doughnuts) - what makes them different and how to navigate working with both. We will learn to make each dough, shape cinnamon buns and doughnuts, bake the cinnamon buns and fry the doughnuts. Don't worry, I didn't forget about the fillings, we'll make two fillings for the doughnuts too. And yes -- dinner is included!
