RARE, Vintage 1970s Cutout Corset Lace-Up Go-Go Wedge Boots, Size 9B

An absolute holy grail pair of authentic mid-century novelty footwear! These striking 1970s go-go boots feature a Victorian-revival "corset" lace-up front with a vibrant navy and white mesh print canvas with black patent trim. The structural base, heel to toe are patent leather/vinyl look. Sturdy 70s geometric wedge heels and authentic Neolite composite soles on the heels. The front foot portion of the boot looks like heavy leather but might be some kind of composite. The interior of the boots features a white shimmery canvas type material and the original silver-foil factory stamp (120804) is still crisp and legible. I do not see any other labels or printed lettering to identify the maker or seller. I used AI to look up the number and it told me it was an American manufacturer's number. These are in very good, clean condition with very little wear and very minor scuffs to the inside foot heel. I purchased them from a theatre group and they did not have the original laces so they have been replaced with a good quality modern boot lace. They don't seem to have ever been worn much and have a lot of life left in them. And a size 9!! An amazing pair for a collector, vintage lover or performer.
