Discover a research-based approach to supporting bone health through yoga. This class explores poses inspired by the Fishman Method, which focuses on improving bone density in the hips and spine while promoting strength, balance, and mobility. Participants will practice movements designed to strengthen the core, back, and hips, improve posture, and enhance body awareness for fall prevention. Whether you're looking to address bone loss or take proactive steps for healthy aging, this class offers a safe and supportive environment to learn effective techniques. Leave with practical tools and exercises you can continue using to support long-term bone health. Please note: This is a one-session or six-session class. Please select between the July 6th session only, or all six sessions. Students who select all six sessions must be available Monday, 7/6, 7/13, 7/27, 8/3, 8/10, and 8/17 from 9:00AM-10:00AM.
