On his 2.5-hectare farm near Buesaco, Carlos works alongside his father and wife Yenni, producing coffee in a biodiverse environment enriched by natural shade, waterways, and vermiculture. Since joining the group, he has continued refining his craft, including formal training in fermentation and farm management. His approach to specialty coffee is grounded in discipline and resilience, shaped by experience and setbacks. This honey-processed lot reflects his ongoing commitment to improving quality and mastering new techniques."
