Omega Seamaster Cosmic Date Grey dial Ref. 136.017 (Cal. 613)

Presenting this Seamaster Cosmic from year 1970, distinguished by its iconic C-shaped case popularised by Gérald Genta. Housing a manual winding caliber with a quickset date function activated by pulling the crown to its outermost position. Featuring a seldom seen grey dial complemented by a white outer track. It retains its original Omega acrylic crystal, complete with an internal cyclops magnifier elegantly positioned over the date window for enhanced legibility. The aging on the hands is simply captivating. During servicing, I contemplated whether to polish them for broader appeal but ultimately chose to preserve their character as a testament to the watch’s history and journey.
