Proto 1:1 Samplers Gel & Drink
The TORQ 1:1 Proto Samplers consists of 6 energy drinks OR 6 energy gels, with each product containing 40g of carbohydrate in a 1:1 glucose-fructose formulation. We have called these Advanced TORQ Units, or ATUs, since our regular TORQ Units apply to our 2:1 range. To achieve 120g carbohydrate per hour, once suitable gut training has been undertaken, simply consume any combination of 3 ATUs. Before embrassing this level of carb intake please read and understand fuelling using 1:1 Glucose:fructose approach.
