Sunday at the track
A high-energy outdoor workout that blends sprint intervals on the track, bleacher circuits, and functional bodyweight training into one fun experience. Sessions are built around movement, music, and momentum — pushing hard. On select days, we finish with an optional cold plunge for recovery, resilience, and a refreshing reset. Train outside.
