Appointment with Medicare, Humana Gold Plus, SSS Advantage, MMM Advantage, MCS Classicare, & MMM Vital must call the office directly (787) 314-4443 Once deposit is received, the office will contact the patient to proceed with booking. Availability is subject to every schedule. All deposits aren't refundable, therefore if a change of appointment needs to be made the patient must contact the office 48 labor hours prior the appointment time to be able to reschedule. Deposits are lost if patient misses appointment, and if patient doesn't confirm appointment with 24 labor hours prior. Once deposit is received, the office will contact patients to book appointments.
