About this coffee La Roma is part of the Black Condor Project, an initiative established in Tolima to support small producers and strengthen a culture of quality within communities historically affected by conflict. Led by Emmanuel and his family, the processing centre works with producers from more than fifteen communities around Gaitania, helping them improve quality and consistency through continuous training and close collaboration throughout each harvest. In the cup This washed lot of Caturra and Castillo represents a classic and approachable profile, built around balance and consistency. In the cup, caramel and panela provide a sweet and comforting foundation, accompanied by almond and delicate red fruit notes that bring freshness.
