Vintage 80s Floral Sailor Collar Fit & Flare Dress - Large

Adorable 80s floral fit & flare midi dress with a lace-trimmed sailor collar. It has puff sleeves, buttons up the bodice, and a basque waist with a tie at the back to cinch. There is an optional panel for modesty at the neckline which attaches with a button - it can be worn without this for a deep-v neckline! There are also shoulder pads which can be easily removed with a seam ripper if desired.
