Rhubarb Liqueur

Rhubarb Ruin is a liqueur rooted in the history of our farm at Sgriob-ruadh. When we first arrived, the farm was little more than a ruin - but in the overgrown garden, the rhubarb was thriving. Today, that same rhubarb still grows, and we celebrate it in this creation. The blend is lifted by our own vodka, made wholly on our farm. The result is a lively liqueur with a perfect balance of sharp and sweet: bright rhubarb, a warming spice and a clean finish from the spirit. Like its name, it is a reminder of the resilience and renewal, a taste of the garden that refused to be forgotten. 50cl, 20% ABV, made on the Isle of Mull, Scotland
