Frequency rituals is an online series dedicated to the study and application of sound as a functional nutrient. Led by sound healer Larissa Giers these 45 minute sessions are designed to recalibrate the internal landscape through the precise use of resonance and frequency. Larissa creates a digital sanctuary where vibration becomes a tool for alignment. These sessions go beyond simple listening they are an invitation to feel the architecture of sound as it interacts with your body and mind. Optimal listening experience to fully capture the depth and nuance of the frequencies we recommend the following technical setup: Private space: find a quiet area where you can remain undisturbed for the 45 minute duration. High quality audio: use a high performance computer speaker or ideally listen via your mobile device with professional headphones. Positioning: sit or lie in a comfortable and stable position that allows your body to remain still and receptive to the sonic currents.
