Coldstream Hills Reserve Pinot Noir 2024

Drawing on fruit from the low yielding and mature Estate Blocks of the Yarra Valley, the Reserve Pinot Noir is anchored by the north-facing Block G vineyard. Fruit is selectively handpicked and fermented in small open fermenters, with the inclusion of whole bunches to build savoury complexity and structure. The wine is then matured in a combination of new and seasoned French oak for ten months prior to blending and bottling. The Reserve Pinot Noir is layered, brooding and finely structured; a powerful yet elegant expression of the Yarra Valley.
