The microphone's diminutive size makes it visually discreet and allows for easy concealment. Shure's CommShield technology makes the mic impervious to noise caused by mobile devices, Wi-Fi, TV signals, and other RFI sources. This version of the mic features a cardioid polar pattern that focuses sound capture in front of the capsule for less background sound and reduced feedback, making it well suited to applications where sound-reinforcement equipment is used. The MX150 includes a snap-fit windscreen and a multi-position tie clip with an integrated cable management system that minimizes noise without increasing cable strain and tension. A carrying case is also supplied.
