From The Official Website The second edition is a blend of three casks: one aged entirely in refill Garry Oak, and two casks aged for three years in Char #2 new American oak before being transferred to once-used, Oregon-sourced Garry Oak casks for an additional two years. As with last year, we’re releasing a very limited cask strength edition. This year, the angel’s share took more water than whisky, resulting in a bold 66.4% alc./vol. Limited to just 136 bottles, each packaged in a new custom oak box from Northern Hart Design. Expect big tasting notes of molasses, baking spices, dark honey, cola, cocoa and coffee.
