よっちゃん Lemon - 350㎖缶

ABV：3.0% 苦味：0 IBU 麦芽：ピルスナー、シュピッツ、 オーツ麦 ホップ：カシミア 副原材料：レモンピール、コリアンダー 賞味期限： 2027/2/15 夏はもう間近、軽くて飲みやすいフルーツサワーをタップで提供できればいいかもしれないと考えました。 よっちゃんLemonは、その答えの一つです。 アルコール度数3.0％のよっちゃんLemonはとても軽やかではありますが、オーツ麦と小麦麦芽をたっぷりと加えることでボディ感を出し、マッシュ温度を上げて残糖を少し多めに残しました。 実家にあるレモンの木から収穫したレモンの皮とコリアンダーを使用することで、単調なレモンビールに留まらない、クリアでありながら複雑なレモンの風味と味わいを実現しました。酸味は程よく抑えられ、爽やかな酸味が特徴的で、暑い夏の日にぴったりな清涼感のある一杯となっています。 Summer is here and so we thought some light very easy drinking fruited sours would be a great to have on tap. Yochan Lemon is one of our answers to that. At 3.0% Yochan Lemon is super light but we added plenty of oats and wheat malt to give it body and raised the mash temperature to leave a little more residual sugar. We used the zest of lemons from our own farm as well as coriander to give the beer a clear yet complex lemon flavor that makes is more than a one dimensional lemon beer.
