Direct press and fermentation with wild yeast. Aged in old barrels. Unfiltered and minimal use of sulphur. This Wine: Natural white wine, complex and precise in character. Citrus and minerals lead the way alongside a toasty, brioche vibe. Best served with food. Notes on the Winemaker: Andreas Tscheppe and his wife produce highly sought after wines in the Austrian region of Styria close to the border with Slovenia. The vines are certified organic and wildlife is encouraged. The labels of each cuvée represent different creatures you can find in the vineyards. The wines are precise but full of energy and character.
