It comes with one of each top case, one of each bottom case, and one of each weight. This allows you to build 5 total keyboards (limiting factor is the weights) additional parts can be added to total a full 8 builds using all top cases (note you will need to add a hardware bundle for each additional "full" build) Hardware Packs.
