Technical Notes Ingredients: Carom Seeds, Kashmiri Chilli, Coriander Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Cassia Cinnamon, Mace, Cardamom, Cloves, Star Anise, Turmeric Usage: A fiery mix for dishes that are cooked at high temperatures: grilling, barbecuing and in a hot tandoori oven.
