Fruity Salsa Macha - 80 g

After 25 years in Ireland, my chilli tolerance has decreased quite a lot, I absolutely love Salsa Macha, but the heat level nearly kills me! We set to make a traditional base for the salsa macha and then added dried cranberries and apricots to offset the fire; the result is this thick, oily salsa that's incredibly hot, but with pockets of sweetness and crunch. We are very happy with the end result, so if you are a fan of hot things, this salsa is for you! A great addition to our Picado Mesa range, made fresh in our test kitchen for you to enjoy at home. The salsa is made with the freshest ingredients; without any additives or preservatives.
