Rosé: Wine of the Month (Make it at KJ) | Order Online

This is a new and exciting way to try fun new wines and save money in the process. Each month we will be offering a different varietal available for less! This is the spiritual successor to our very popular Co-op winemaking program. We were able to offer a discounted price because we made all of the wines together in one big batch which saved us a bunch of labour, as well as supplies. 6 bottle batches are exclusive to the Wine of the Month program! Save on 6, 15 and 30 bottle batches! There is no order maximum, simply stack batches to make more! This month's special: Rosé Spring has sprung, and Summer is on its way! Crafted in the traditional French rosé style, this light-bodied wine displays a delicate pink hue with aromas of spiced strawberry and bright citrus. The palate offers fresh strawberry flavours, leading to a crisp, fruit-driven finish. This wine can only be made on-site as part of our Wine of the Month program, and will be ready for bottling in July. We do not offer home winemaking kits of this varietal.
