Leave all your custom requests (wording, colours, fonts, layout) in the notes area. Let us know if files have been attached or will be sent via email. If you're emailing files for a custom order, please include your order number in the email. Please order with a shipping address suitable to have the item left by the courier. These matches are delivered by Courier Toll Priority. Please ensure to provide an address suitable for a daytime delivery (NO POSTAL BOXES OR PARCEL LOCKERS). You will be sent a digital proof to review from our designer before we produce it. Please ensure that you place your order with the correct email address for communication. Once approved we then produce your matchboxes. How to Design Your Matchbook The first step to creating your own matchbox is to download our Matchbook Artwork Die file and follow the instructions on the PDF when you import your design. Following and using this template ensures that the design process and production of your matchboxes is seamless and easy. You must watch this video on how to properly save out your design file. If you cannot save your file correctly, please reach out to us and we can help you with this process for an extra fee to compensate for our designer's time.
