Their Blanc de Noirs is 100% Pinot Noir and leans into that regional identity. Red apple, baked pear and citrus peel lead, with hints of spice, brioche and a subtle chalky edge. The palate is generous but structured, with fine mousse, a gently creamy texture and a savoury, mineral finish. A fuller, more gastronomic style—Champagne with both depth and character.
