SWEET KARMA MOLE SAUCE

Our limited edition sauce for May is this traditional authentic mole sauce. The recipe here is inspired by our founder's mom's original recipe. It is an assault on your taste buds. You get sweet, you get savory, and you get spicy. This mole sauce is made with different Mexican chilies like mulato peppers and guajillo peppers. It contains Mexican chocolate, almonds, cinnamon, chicken broth, and a variety of spices. Use it on chicken and rice, enchiladas, or even as a dip with bread.
