Crochet Your New Favorite Summer Top

Sundays from 1pm to 3pm May 31st, June 14th & 28th and July 12th *Please note this summer top class is for advanced beginner to intermediate crocheters Crochet isn't just for the cozy winter months! Making a breezy summer top or tank can be your first step into crocheting garments, creating new stitch patterns with lace or beautiful textures, or working with plant-based fibers like cotton, linen, or bamboo for the first time. Any summer top you want to make, we'll help you make it! Choose a pattern that you might find challenging to tackle alone, and Chel, with her years of crochet experience and expertise, will be ready to guide you and answer any questions along the way. This class takes place over four 2-hour sessions, beginning Sunday, May 31st. Sessions are spread out throughout the summer to give you plenty of crocheting time. You can pick ANY top you want to make. As always, we have some faves to recommend: Simply Soft Top by Salena Baca This one is a great entry level top with its repetitive pattern and medium weight yarn requirement. Our selection of warm weather fibers is better than ever and you can see them all right here! This class will be small and each participant will get very specialized attention. Chel will share all of her tips and tricks from her lifetime of experience. This is an advanced beginner to intermediate-level class and participants should be very comfortable with crocheting basics and techniques, including the chain stitch, slip stitch, and single crochet stitch. Classes are for adults and young adults aged 16 years or older. Please note that we have a one-week rescheduling policy and that classes and workshops are non-refundable. We will happily reschedule you for another class or allot store credit if we are notified of any conflict at least one week in advance. We cannot guarantee make-ups for no-shows or cancellations within one week. Classes with low attendance may be cancelled and rescheduled in which case, we will offer a credit for a future class or a full refund.
