August Grenser (Dresden, 1720–1807) A=430-440 Hz 4-keyed

Our Classical flute with 4-keys, is modelled after the renowned Dresden maker August Grenser (1720–1807). Crafted using traditional methods, the key blocks are hand-carved directly from the wooden body. It is available at A=430 and A=440, and has a D foot joint with a register. Keys include: Thumb Bb - pinky G# - short F and pinky D#, however, the usual cross-fingered notes can also be played on this flute. Tuning slide head. Screwed stopper. Crafted from Cocobolo wood. Wood-ends are protected by imitation ivory rings. 4 keys are casted from brass in original finish and features steel springs with leather pad. Comes with care instructions, and a guide with a fingering chart. Additionally, accessories such as a plush-lined protective case, cleaning cloth, and extra key pads are provided.
