Chamber Heater - Tyson Hat for 3D printers
Standalone models use independent chamber temperature sensors that must be placed inside the printer chamber! Tyson Hats — Chamber Heater System Tyson Hats is a high-performance chamber heating upgrade systems designed to bring professional level temperature control to both consumer and industrial 3D printers. Engineered with durability, safety, and performance in mind, Tyson Hats enables users to reach stable chamber temperatures necessary for printing advanced engineering materials. The system features a fully metal structural design inside the chamber and PPS-GF for electronics box on top, eliminating common failure points associated with low temperature components. Every major component is selected for reliability and long term operation in elevated temperature environments. Key components are sourced and manufactured in the United States, ensuring consistent quality and dependable performance. Once installed and configured with Tyson Hat's WebUI(Requires NO BAMBU LAB integration or Elegoo Discovery Link) the heater actively circulates and maintains chamber heat, creating a stable thermal environment that significantly improves print consistency for temperature sensitive materials. (Currently there is no Bambu Lab Studio, ElegooSlicer, PrusaSlicer, Orca or QIDI Studio integration, only setpoints via internal WebUI). Tyson HAT is engineered to support chamber temperatures up to 105 °C on Bambu Lab P2S and X2D printers, 85 °C on the Elegoo Centauri Carbon and Prusa Core one/L, 100 °C on Qidi and Sovol machines. Note: Insulation for XY motors is recommended when operating above 80 °C on Elegoo, Prusa, Qidi, and Sovol machines to ensure reliable performance and longevity. Higher chamber temperatures can dramatically improve print performance by reducing warping, improving layer adhesion, and enabling reliable printing ABS,ASA, Nylon, PPS and PC.
