We get some amazing tasting beef cuts back from our butcher that didn’t quite make the cut to go into our boxes. They either aren't cut just right, mislabeled, have some packaging issues, for example the vacuum seals broken, or are just not up to our high quality of standards to ship out in our regular boxes.
