Recombinant Mouse Musk (muscle, skeletal receptor tyrosine-protein kinase) Protein

This product is a recombinant mouse muscle-specific kinase (MuSK) protein expressed in mammalian cells, tagged at the C-terminus, and supplied in a liquid PBS formulation.

• The protein has a predicted molecular weight of 53.51 kDa and migrates between 60-70 kDa due to glycosylation.
• It is >95% pure as determined by Bis-Tris PAGE and HPLC.
• Endotoxin level is less than 1 EU per μg.
