Cannonau di Sardegna LIADORI, Li Signori

Juicy, spicy and unmistakably Mediterranean. Bright red cherries and black berries meet wild rosemary, pepper and a savoury, salty edge, with a supple palate and seriously inviting finish. Made from 100% Cannonau grown in Alto Gallura, Sardinia. The grapes are carefully selected, destemmed and macerated for around 15 days, before fermentation and ageing in stainless steel. Extended bâtonnage on the fine lees adds a little extra texture and depth without taking away from all that vibrant fruit.
