Variety: Pansa Blanca The family behind Alta Alella has spent their entire life dedicated to wine; that would be husband and wife Josef and Cristina along and their two daughters. They have always been surrounded by vineyards and bottles; so it is only natural! There is a complete commitment to nature, yet desire to keep with trends. Though the winery is young, the family continually push themselves to learn new things with each vintage. The wines have very low intervention-no added sulfites and little is done to the wines after their grapes have been pressed.
