The NV Dr Edge 'Extra Brut' Rosé is a hand-crafted traditional-method sparkling from Tasmania's Tamar Valley, made from Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. It spent two years on lees before disgorgement in October 2025, giving a dry, vibrant rosé with wild strawberry and red cherry fruit, fine bubbles, and a creamy, savoury finish. Drink it now or cellar it for up to five years.
