Winemaking: crushing and destemming of the grapes, maceration for 3/4 days in steel winemakers, followed by soft pressing of the grapes and fermentation in steel tanks, all at a controlled temperature. Refinement: in oak barrels and finally in temperature-controlled steel tanks, followed by a month's rest in the bottle before being placed on the market. Color: intense red with garnet reflections. Perfume: robust, intense, vinous, raspberries and cocoa. 75 CL bottle.
