Merritt Shirt & Dress

The Merritt pattern is an oversized button-up shirt and dress with four views. All views have a button front opening, dropped shoulder, traditional collar and collar stand, and a patch chest pocket. Views A and C include a boxy short sleeve, while views B and D include a long sleeve with a sleeve placket and cuff. Views A and B are shirt length, while views C and D hit a few inches above the ankle and have inseam pockets. Light to medium weight woven fabrics such as shirting fabrics, cotton, linen, corduroy, and chambray. - Coordinating thread - Light to medium weight fusible interfacing (Views A ⁄ B = .75 yd ⁄ Views C ⁄ D = 1.5 yds) - 3⁄8” - 1⁄2” buttons (View A = 8 / View B = 12 / View C = 14 / View D = 18) intermediate / advanced Please note that all PDFs are for a digital home sewing pattern (not the actual garment).
