The Earring Project is a system. You begin with a Base, add a Lozenge, and change it depending on your mood, what you’re wearing, where you’re going or simply because you feel like it. We added an internal spring to our Lozenges so they interact more securely with the rest of the system. Includes six interchangeable pieces: A pair of rose gold earring bases Two cushion lozenges with facetted garnet and yellow gold Two fordite discs with rose gold 18k gold Fordite is a material formed from layers of automotive paint that hardened on the factory floors of Detroit’s car plants. Because this aged material is extremely rare, every piece is produced in limited quantities—and no two are exactly alike.
