The Whistler Stout Cask

The Whistler is the fun range of Irish whiskies and liqueurs from Boann distillery. This Stout Cask maturation is a delightful collaboration between the distillery and Lough Gill Brewing Co. A number of sherry casks were filled with stout, before being passed back to the distillery to fill with their blended whisky. The result is as rich, chocolatey and decadent as you'd imagine.
