Among them is our long-time producer mate Benjamin Paz of Honduras. For this year’s charity auction, each producer has donated just one 10kg box of their finest lot. Twelve producers. Twelve boxes. No more. Before they go under the hammer in Tokyo at SCAJ Conference in October, we have the opportunity to taste all twelve side by side.
