Liquorice root adds a gentle natural sweetness, while cloves, aniseed, caraway and black pepper bring aromatic depth and a subtle spicy finish. Lighter and greener than traditional black chai, it remains full of character without becoming heavy. How to Brew 2–3g per 250ml cup. Freshly boiled water - 85 °C. Steep for 3–5 minutes.
