The profile is green and herbal, with freshness, volume and a light nerve that invites the next sip. It sits well with risotto, white meat, pasta and seafood.Zitara Chardonnay · 2 × 750 ml Deep straw-yellow colour. Ripe citrus, roasted nuts and vanilla lead on the nose, and the palate brings tropical fruit and a buttery softness. The body is balanced and powerful, with good structure and a long finish. The wine has serious ageing potential.Zitara Mourvèdre · 2 × 750 ml Deep garnet colour. The nose gathers ripe black fruit, sweet spices, eucalyptus and chocolate. The body is rich and fine at once, with mint, blackberry, tobacco and tomato leaf, velvet tannins and a long finish.
